Restrictions
Reservation includes 2 adults, 2 children, 1 pet, 2 vehicles (RV + one tow vehicle).
- Additional person: $5. Max 6 adults or 8 people / site. (per month)
- Additional car: $15. (per month). Max 3 vehicles.
- Tents & Fires permitted only in designated sites.
Payment
- Due At Booking:
- Ongoing reservations pay the first month, a security deposit, and reservation fee.
- Guests must keep a credit card on file for damages.
- No cash or personal checks.
- 1 week before arrival, remainder of payment is due.
- Small processing fee (2.9%) on credit / debit card payments.
- Must keep a credit card on file for damages.
Cancellation
- Card processing fees and booking fees paid to third parties are non-refundable.
- > 30 days before the start of their stay they will receive a refund, minus fees.
- 10 – 30 days before the start of the stay they will receive a 50% refund, minus fees.
- We cannot offer refunds for cancellations within 10 days of arrival, nor after check in.

Weekends and Special Events
Weekend nights (Friday & Saturday) night have a different rate than weekday rates
During special events and holidays the rates may increase.
Site Restrictions

- Tents & Fires permitted only in wide, interior sites (13, 21, 22, 23, 31, 39, 40, 41, 43, 44, 53).
Payment Due at Booking
Reservations with an end date pay in full. Includes deposit, site cost, reservation fee.
Ongoing reservations pay first month, deposit, and reservation fee.
Credit Cards
A processing fee (2.9%) is added to credit / debit card payments.
Must keep a credit card on file for damages.
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations more than 30 days before the start of the stay, will receive a refund, minus fees.
- Cancellations 10 – 30 days before the start of the stay they will receive a 50% refund, minus fees.

Rules
All guests in the party must follow the park rules. We reserve the right to eject anyone from the park.
