From College Station, Navasota
Head South on TX 6
In Navasota, Exit TX 105 East. Turn Left under the highway, onto TX-105 East.
Continue 5.8 miles.
Take the Left Exit onto TX-249 South.
Continue 10.2 miles.
Exit FM 1774.
Turn right onto FM 1774 South.
Continue 3.6 miles.
We're on the left. If you reach Dollar General, you've gone too far.
From Conroe, Montgomery
Take TX 105 W
Pass Montgomery and Dobbin
Exit ___ for FM 1774.
Turn left under the bridge, onto FM 1774.
Continue ___ miles.
Pass under TX 249
Continue ___ miles.
We're on the left. If you reach Dollar General, you've gone too far.
From Houston
Use Beltway 8 or the Grand Parkway TX 99
Work your way to TX 249. Head North.
From the Grand Parkway, continue __ miles.
Continue onto FM 1774.
Continue 10.1 miles.
There are no turns needed in Magnolia.
We're on the right. If you reach Todd Mission or Texas Renaissance Festival, you've gone too far.
During Renaissance Festival
Traffic can feel intense on Saturday and Sunday. We strongly recommend coming in from the North, and avoid arriving 10 AM - 3 PM.
Take TX 249
Exit FM 1774.
Turn onto FM 1774 South.
Continue 3.6 miles.
